Grandma’s Homemade Cold Remedy

This is it. The awful cold and flu season is here! Prevent it from ruining your health and your mood with this awesome recipe. (By the way, you don’t need to be sick to enjoy this recipe.)

  • 3 cups of water
  • Lemon
  • Organic cinnamon
  • Lots of ginger
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • ½ tbsp turmeric
  • 1 pinch of cayenne or more if you can handle it!
  • Raw honey, don’t go overboard though!

Boil everything in a pot, except for the honey, and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Don’t forget to strain before transferring to a mug. Enjoy! If this doesn’t cut it, Netflix and a blankie can cure almost anything.
