I'm a full-time Dietetics student at McGill. I am passionate about empowering others through sharing my knowledge and my experiences. I fell in love with yoga four years ago, which marked the start of my fitness journey. My practice is focused setting intentions, letting go and finding balance. In addition, I absolutely love pole dancing and I recently developed a love for aerial silks. These are much more than just awesome work-outs. They’re a perfect fusion of fitness and art. I am excited to continue developing my skills, both in nutrition and fitness, so that I can help others get what they want out of life.
